Order, Pre-Order, and Refund Policies and Guidelines We do not save SSN or Credit Info! Please have your invoice number ready when contacting our support. Your order will be process securely through PayPal. A sales representative will call you to confirm suit color and size as well as acknowledge any special instruction. For suit not in stock, we make suit on order, and collect a 25% non-refundable deposit. You will be bill on completion. Payment Installment Plan is available. Suit on make order with deposit can take up to 10-20 busines days. For normal purchase with items available in inventory, we ship within 2-3 business days. We fulfill orders on first come and first serve basis. Backlog can take up to 4-6 weeks waiting period. Cancellation of orders declare as backlog are fully refundable of deposit. There is a 30-day returns/refund policy and we charge a 35% restocking fee. Returns older than 30-day we charge 65% restocking fee. Buyer pays and insures all return items shipping and packaging. Our policy will not allow us to accept returns older than 60 days, and have damage or used items. Approved returns/refund can take up to 6 weeks for refund check to be issued and mailed. Typically, your insurance purchase plan entitles you to have your Suit(s) fix and/or replace in an unfortunate event for which you are a victim of a shooting crime. Your BPS Suit could be damage protecting you from the projectiles. A police report is required to receive benefits from having BPS Suit(s) repair/fix and/or replace. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response to your inquiry and be assign a case. Once a case is assign, we will complete your case within 5-7 busines days to your satisfaction, and in compliance with our rules and policies.
